Trish is a proud native Washingtonian who has witnessed the transformation of the nation’s capital and its surrounding communities firsthand. Inspired by the region’s dynamic growth and cultural richness, she found her passion in real estate—helping individuals and families find their place in a city she knows and loves deeply.

Before launching her real estate career, Trish spent 17 years in the federal government as a highly skilled Contracts Specialist and Program Manager. In these roles, she managed complex, multi-million-dollar federal contracts and large-scale procurements. Her attention to detail, negotiation expertise, and ability to navigate intricate processes laid a solid foundation for her transition into real estate. These skills now serve her clients well, ensuring a smooth and informed journey from contract to close.

With over a decade of experience in the D.C. and Maryland real estate markets, Trish brings a wealth of local knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to every transaction.
